Pragmatic Leadership is about combining the practical skills and tools of management with the underlying behaviours and intuition of leadership, to drive progress (or get things done) in organisations.
We offer a variety of subjects to meet any individual or organisational needs. The courses are packed with practical tools and tips for participants to take away and use. Plus, all of our courses can be delivered in bite-sized chunks online.
One of our key mantra is follow-up and follow-through. It’s an important tool in the Pragmatic Leader’s Toolbox. However, it’s also an important tool in your personal development. Attending a course is not just about what you learn on the day, it’s about what you change and act upon when you go back to your business.
That’s what’s different about Pragmatic Leadership. 6-8 weeks following your course, we will always offer a group debrief coaching session to check-in on progress. It’s the best way to embed any learning. Coming back to share your experience reinforces your new knowledge and skills, while allowing us to discuss any challenges you may be facing. It also gives us an opportunity to celebrate your success!
